Does it say that the acocunt information you've given was wrong when you try to logon or just that you can't connect?

If it is option 1 you should try to make a new account and this time remember your account name and password.

If it is option 2 the server probably were offline.

other wise make a new accout wait about 1min if still not im afraid you will need to contact acc admin and get him to make you a acc
